We are happy to invite you to the 5th edition of the "Nous Aidons" Hockey Tournament 2009. It is our pleasure to announce to you that thanks to your generosity and your contribution last year, we were able to give 12,000$ to help the handicapped children. We thank you infinitely because without you we would not have been able to help these children.
Hoping you will be joining us again this year. Please find attached all necessary documents for your inscription in the 2009 tournament. Please note that to reserve your inscription at the tournament, an initial deposit of 200$ is required.
Please take a few minutes to review the tournament rules before proceeding with your inscription. Only fill out the blank spaces on the entry form since the coloured spaces are reserved for the tournament's administrators. Please return the completed form by e-mail including the list of participating players. You will not be able to change the list of players after your teamed played its first game in the tournament. Each team's representative has to attend a mandatory meeting that will be held March 30th at 7 pm.
